  This 5 gallon barreled water production line is main equipment for the 5 gallon barreled drinking water filling production line. It is made up of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, pneumatic cylinder, transmission, and electrical apparatus and so on. It accomplishes washing, filling and capping motion. it comes true stabilized washing effect, accurate filling volume and seal cap pressing effect by the way multi-passes washing processes, filling volume and automatic sorting and capping and full computer control. The rinsing has eight 8 processes: the first washing steps alkali water (heat), the second washing step is drop off water, the third washing step is circulation sterilization water; fourth washing step is drop water off ; fifth washing step is disinfection solution washing; sixth washing step is drop water off; the last two steps are sterilization water washing. After rinsing, it will have ten minutes to drop away water. Filling process:barrels move 180degree along with conveying chain wheel and to turnover frame. and then barrels are pushed into filling machine by barrel pushing cylinder and located on conveyer belt and wait for filling.Sterilized empty barrels to filling position are located by location cylinder, and then filling valves enter into barrel and open filling pump for filing. Filling time set by PLC. It can correct filling time up to optimum condition by multi- function button on panel according to height of liquid level.3. Capping process including cap elevating sorter:
