2.Work process:

  

The filled bottle will convey into rotary capping machine by starry wheel. The bladed stoppers on screw capper will keep the bottle upright and stop from rotating by clamping bottle neck. The cap screwing heads keep in the condition of revolution and autorotation and realize catching, loading, screwing discharging cap on the effect of cam and finish the full capping process. The cap sorter located on top of capping machine connects with capping machine by cap dropping track. The final product is transferred to bottle outlet conveying chain and out of rotary capping machine.
